Sean C. Veatch, 20, of Millsboro, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013, in Belle Vernon. A son of Tami Veatch Hunyady and her husband James, Jr. of Millsboro and Jeffrey Pomarico and his wife Lynn of Mt. Pleasant, he was born July 16, 1992 in Uniontown. Sean was a 2010 graduate of Bethleham-Center High School and played football and baseball. He has resided in Belle Vernon for the past two years. In addition to his parents and step-parents, he is survived by two brothers, James A. Hunyady, III and Alex Pomarico; two sisters, Madison Hunyady and Elizabeth Pomarico; maternal grandparents, Rose Marie Veatch and Kenneth Perkins both of Brownsville; paternal grandparents, Loretta Pomarico of Mt. Pleasant and Victor Pomarico of Indiana, PA; step-grandparents, Nancy Hunyady/Rogers and Bill Rogers of Jefferson, PA and James A. Hunyady, Sr. of Masontown; uncles, John C. Veatch and his wife Stephanie of New Mexico, Mark A. Veatch of Brownsville, Victor and his wife Sheila Pomarico of Mt. Pleasant; and aunts, Jamie Morriston of Belle Vernon, Kelly Pomarico and Lora Maddis both of Jumonville, and Andrea Pomarico of Charleston, WV. Sean is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather John Clinton Veatch, III in 1988. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 24, 2013at 2:00 P.M. in the Church of the Nazarene, Jefferson, PA with Pastor Carl Kibler officiating.
